Larry founded HeartcoR Solutions in 2015, following the merger and sale of eCardio/Preventice Solutions to Sequoia Capital, Merck, and Boston Scientific Corporation. Prior to HeartcoR, Larry grew eCardio/Preventice into one of the largest patient monitoring companies in the United States. Larry is also the Founder and Chairman of Proxima Clinical Research, M1 Med Tech, and LaWaLa Capital based in Houston, TX. Larry currently serves on the boards of CorMedica, Artella, and the TMC Venture Fund, and previously served on the Board of Goose Capital, Saranas, Velentium, Decisio Health, and many other companies. Larry received an Honorary Doctorate from Lamar University, and is the 2018 recipient of the HORATIO ALGER AWARD.

In addition to his responsibilities at HeartcoR, he currently serves as board chair for Orion Energy Systems. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a minor in economics. He has done graduate work at the London School of Economics and has a Master’s in public policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and daughter. He is an avid fly fisherman and squash player.

She joined HeartcoR in 2021 as senior director of quality and compliance, bringing with her extensive technical knowledge and experience implementing quality management systems. Prior to her current position, Forough worked with medical device and other companies as the principle QMS consultant. She earned a master’s degree in material engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Henry joined HeartcoR in 2017.

of project management. Cesar directs project management staff with the goal of promoting process and workflow consistency. He is also developing the company’s mentor program to provide career mobility for HeartcoR team members. A former fire paramedic, Cesar holds Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and computer science. In his spare time, he works with Franciscan Outreach and other organizations in support of unhoused individuals.

Michelle Moon,

Michelle Moon brings more than two decades of sales, reporting, analytics, and data management experience to her role at HeartcoR Solutions.

She developed a reputation over those years for using restructuring and automation to drive major improvements in quality, productivity, and cost control. At HeartcoR, Michelle is responsible for accounting functions, reporting, analytics, and asset management.
